Fortified Ameteurs

Born out of the ease of use and mixing in Cakewalk, came this little household band "The Fortified Ameteurs" - the word "amateurs" spelt incorrectly to further prove the point. If Jake was not too busy with his head buried in a screen playing games, he would sometimes surface and jam out with Reece, putting together a little brotherly compilation.
Most inputs were cleanly recorded, but the only thing we didn't have at that stage was a drum set. Jake improvised by using the drum voice on a cheap Casio keyboard - he could keep a pretty solid beat on that thing! The songs were processed in Cakewalk after recording, with track doubling, distortions and all sorts of effects added.
After the excitement of hearing the final cut of "THE F'KIN VB", Reece and Jake decided to go on bandnamemaker.com to generate a bunch of song titles for which they could write songs about. "Temporary Spider of the Dandy Jackson" was the only one of those tracks to reach fruition. The other song titles included:
